1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web applications, itineraries, topographic maps, or routing telemetry provided on browselabmatrxx.com ("the Service"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Browselabmatrxx Alpine Logistics Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to every provision established within these Terms of Service, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. High Alpine Driving & Route Safety Disclaimer

CRITICAL NOTICE FOR ROAD TRIP PARTICIPANTS: All route information, GPS elevation curves, turn-by-turn road logs, and seasonal road status indicators published on Browselabmatrxx are provided strictly for informational, educational, and editorial purposes.

Mountain and coastal driving environments are inherently unpredictable. Sudden weather changes (including blizzards, black ice, rockfalls, mudslides, and fog) can occur at high altitudes within minutes, regardless of seasonal forecasts.
Drivers bear sole, unmitigated legal responsibility for operating their vehicles in compliance with local highway traffic regulations, posted speed limits, right-of-way laws, and current meteorological conditions.
Browselabmatrxx shall in no event be held liable for motor vehicle accidents, mechanical failure, brake fluid boiling, vehicle impoundment, traffic fines, toll enforcement violations, bodily injury, or loss of life resulting from following itineraries or advice published on this website.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the Service—including but not limited to proprietary route telemetry, curated waypoint guides, technical dossiers, interactive charts, vector UI icons, logos, graphic design architecture, and textual descriptions—is the exclusive property of Browselabmatrxx Alpine Logistics Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under international copyright, trademark, and database protection treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial route planning. You may not scrape, aggregate, copy, redistribute, mirror, or create derivative commercial routing apps without prior written consent from our corporate office.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

When engaging with contact forms, community feedback modules, or route submission tools, you agree not to:

Submit intentionally falsified road closures or erroneous pass opening data.
Transmit any malicious code, automated bots, spiders, or denial-of-service scripts designed to compromise website integrity.
Attempt unauthorized access to our server backends, database clusters, or administrative panels.
Utilize our platform to distribute spam, unauthorized commercial solicitations, or defamatory remarks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Austrian and European Union law, Browselabmatrxx Alpine Logistics Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, and technical partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, vehicle damage, travel interruption costs, or hotel cancellation fees arising out of your access to or inability to access the Service.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Austria, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent commercial court (Landesgericht Salzburg) in Salzburg, Austria.
